Rafael Borges in the Senior Pastor of the Casa de Deus (House of God) church.  Casa de Deus is  located in Campinas which is a city in the interior of Sao Paulo State,  Brazil.  With a population of 3.2 million Campinas is the third largest city in Brazil.  It has an international airport that connects it with many Brazilian cities and as well as other countries.  

I met Pastor Rafael Borges while attending a Brazilian Church conference in New York City two years ago.  Pastor Borges asked me to come and minister at Casa de Deus the next time I visited Brazil.  In February 2010 I had the opportunity to travel to Campinas from my missions camp in Conselheiro Pena.  I had the opportunity to speak at the Casa de Deus church which ministers to over 5,000 in Campinas and in another nearby town.
