Dr. Bean has taken his ministry and teachings around the world. While being a Pastor I noticed the lack of encouragement being given those who serve at smaller churches across America.  Many group functions were available but very few opportunities were provided on an individual basis.   Fig Tree Ministries exist for the purpose of going to where these Pastors labor and providing encouragement and/or leadership training if needed.

I would love to meet with you and discuss this issue further.  Fig Tree Ministries is non-denominational and does not address doctrinal issues.  We have ministered from mainline denominations  to conservative independent Baptist to Pentecostal churches or local independent groups.  We are non-sectarian and respect national as well as local doctrinal beliefs.  Our goal is to encourage the local Pastor and in the process lift up the name of Jesus.
