A ministry of
ENCOURAGEMENT
to
PASTORS &  LEADERS
John 1:48

MINISTERIAL OBJECTIVES

My aspirations are to meet the challenge of "hands-on" work in an environment requiring various types of pastoral/church building, leadership, administrative and counseling duties.  With many years of experience in these areas, along with related formal education, I feel that I understand the needs and skills required.   Continually giving out and not adequately renewing or refreshing yourself can lead to a diminished capacity for all concerned.  If you feel “drained” and you are not as excited about your ministry or position, as you once were, maybe it is time someone ministered to you personally.  FTM is ready to assist any person, group or church in any of these areas.  You do not need to come to us, we will come to you.  All contact will remain strictly confidential.
